John Dunn is a licensed clinical social worker with particular expertise in treating adolescents. He graduated from St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, Gettysburg College, and the National Catholic School of Social Service at the Catholic University of America in 1994. He has worked professionally with children and adolescents for over 20 years. Mr. Dunn has had extensive experience working with adolescents in a variety of settings, including schools, therapeutic recreation programs, residential programs, courts, and outpatient settings. He is skilled and experienced with individual, family and group psychotherapy and is a member of the DBT treatment team at Rathbone & Associates. Mr. Dunn works successfully with most adolescent issues, including behavioral problems, with adolescents who are resistant to therapy and those who have had unsuccessful previous therapy experiences. He has a sub-specialty working with adolescents and young men with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
