Samantha Steinberg graduated from West Virginia University (Let’s Go Mountaineers!) with a B.A. in psychology, her education continued at The University of Maryland School of Social Work where she earned a M.S.W. Sam became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) because of her passion for helping children and adolescents thrive in everyday life.
Sam has worked in different levels of care: residential treatment, inpatient crisis stabilization, outpatient and in the school system. Her roles have included individual therapist, family therapist, crisis interventionist, clinical supervisor, group leader and teacher.
Sam has training and experience in different treatment modalities that she uses in session with her clients. She is a strong advocate with the goal of helping clients overcome challenges and create lasting positive change.
